Calling all Lego Heads! We thought it would be fun to see who's the real Lego Master in our area so we decided to hold a Lego building competition.
What will you build you ask? Our next Barn Brew tap handle!
Come into the bar(n) anytime we’re open between March 6th-9th and use the Legos provided to build us a tap handle! Legos will be on a table in the taproom.

Rules
Tap handle must be no wider than 6x6 Lego studs (2” wide) and no more than 10” tall. No restrictions on round vs square handle- that’s up to you!
Bricks will be provided. Participants may bring their own, but if selected, they must part with their winning bricks.
Build alone or in teams of up to 2
Once finished, turn in your creation to the Amery Ale Works team along with your name, phone number and email and wait for a call to see if you won the competition!
We will use the winning tap handle created for the next Bar(n) Brew released. Winner will also win a $30 Amery Ale Works gift card & a Lego set.
Free to participate & all ages welcome to participate (kids need adult supervision) !

We invite you to come and spend the evening of April 11th with artist, Morgan Otten painting a custom portrait of your beloved pet at Amery Ale Works. Morgan will spend 3 hours giving this small 15 person class customized and detailed instructions on how to create a beautiful and one of a kind painting.
The best part about this is you can paint ANY pet! Is your dog your favorite? Your cat? You hamster or lizard? She will give instructions for it all! Ok, the real best part is that a portion of proceeds from this class will be donated directly to our local animal shelter, Arnell Memorial Animal Shelter.
So if you're an animal lover we suggest your register for this class ASAP! You must register and send photos of your pet by March 24th to allow the artist, Morgan ample time to sketch your pet onto the stretched canvas so on Paint your Pet Night on April 11th you're all set to go!

Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing
Unwind and unplug in this wonderfully relaxing and meditative event, held in the loft at Amery Ale Works. Restorative yoga poses are fully supported and deeply relaxing. You will rest in each pose for 3-7 minutes while you are immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. We will finish our practice with an extended savasana (final resting pose) and Healing Sound Bath.
This class is appropriate for all levels. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat. Yoga props will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own if you have them. You may also wish to bring a pillow, blanket, and eye pillow. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Tracy or Hannah.

Join Mama Destiney for a charcuterie board making class at Amery Ale Works. In this class you will learn how to assemble a beautiful and purposefully laid out board. You'll learn what pairs well with the cheeses and accompaniments offered. All participants will receive ingredients to fill a custom 12" round disposable board.
Destiney takes time and consideration when selecting the variety of delicious and high quality ingredients for each class offered!
This class will take place on Saturday, February 8th from 1-3 pm. Feel free to enjoy your board here on-site, or take it with you and bring it to the Big Super Bowl party you're going to on Sunday, February 9th!
This class is perfect for friends and family or for a date with your special someone! If a couple would like to work on a joint board, that's ok by us. Just purchase one ticket.

Ticket costs- $84+tax and includes choice of hat (pre-selected), 1 band, 1 charm and 1 accessory. Also included in the ticket price is a 30-45 minute lesson, access to tools, equipment, and supplies. Additional customizations are available for purchase during the workshop.
Tickets are required to attend—no walk-ins allowed as all supplies are pre-ordered.
Tickets must be purchased by January 19, 2025 in order to attend this event.
Due to limited space, we recommend early registration.
Tickets cannot be transferred to other locations or classes.

Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis
The first 30-45 minutes will be a lesson starting promptly at 1:00 PM. During this time Hat Lady Biz will demonstrate the use of various tools: torch, spray paint, wood-burning tools, paint, stencils, and more.
All sales are final; no refunds are offered.
Amery Ale Works opens at 12 pm so feel free to grab lunch before or after the workshop. Drinks and food will be available for purchase throughout the event so don’t be afraid to have a few drinks to get those creative juices flowing!

Puzzle Build Competition is back this month!
Most of us love to leisurely build puzzles, but have you ever thought about turning up the heat and competing in a fast paced, team build puzzle competition? Yes or No, it’s time to call up your puzzle buddies and make your team of 2-4 so you can enter the puzzle building competition being held at Amery Ale Works on January 26th! During this competition we’ll see who can build a 500 piece puzzle the fastest.
Once the contest is over and the winners have claimed their prizes, feel free to stick around for some social puzzling, drinks & eats!
The Details:
Each team will get the same 500 piece puzzle. No one will see the puzzle in advance, it will be a surprise to all at the start of the competition. Once the timer starts teams may open up their puzzle and begin. The competition will be monitored by an AAW staff who will also record finishing times and announce the winner at the end. Each team gets to take home their puzzle at the end of the competition. Food & drink will be served during the competition.

No distracting the other teams allowed!
A 10-15 minute break will be given halfway through the competition (depends on how many teams we have.)

AN EVENING OF DEEP RELAXATION & GUIDED MEDITATION.
January Yoga is held in the heated 3rd floor loft at AMERY ALE WORKS. A cozy, private space - perfect for cold winter nights.
Set in candlelight, January Yoga is composed of a highly meditative practice featuring Yin Yoga, and Guided Meditation (Yoga Nidra)
Yin yoga is a slow, mat based practice (no standing or balance poses) where poses are held for 2-7 minutes. The intent of practice is to form our bodies into shapes that invite deep stretches to the facia and joints. This style of yoga is known for its deep, meditative benefits.
Appropriate for all levels, even those with no yoga experience. (What a great place to start!).
This is a 60 min practice.
After class we will head down to the bar(n) to enjoy each other’s company with a comforting bowl of squash soup and a beverage of choice.
What to bring: *Yoga mat (I have extras) *water ( and/ or a warm beverage) * Please wear comfortable clothing. *layers easily added or removed during evening. (Body temps tend to lower for this slow paced practice). *a small blanket (or2) for final resting pose and extended meditation. *Any props you wish to have.(blocks/bolsters/small pillow)
Please arrive a few minutes early to check in!
