Come to the Amery Ale Works bar(n) and enjoy an evening of restoration through the practice of yoga followed by wine and light apps.  Your instructor for the evening, Amy Annis from Travel Well Yoga Retreats, has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and emphasizes that yoga makes almost everything better.  In her retreats she works out the travel kinks via her classes so that retreaters can experience the mindful connection to the beauty of their destination.  Speaking of beautiful destinations, Amy's next retreat is in Iceland, the land of drastic landscapes.

Event Cost - $35

Includes 60 minute yoga class followed by a wine flight and light appetizers.  Class starts at 6:30pm.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
