CHEERS TO ALL THE MOMMAS!

Join the GBY Tribe and venture down the road to Amery Ale Works, for a class dedicated to all the wonderful women in our lives! Invite your momma, your bestie, your sister, your cousin or any other woman that inspires you. Celebrate all the special ladies in your life with a fun 60 minute Barre class followed by a beer or beverage of choice on the patio!

BARRE CLASS:
Combine the benefits of yoga, Pilates and ballet in this upbeat and energizing class! This is a full body workout designed to tone all the major muscles groups with isometric holds and high reps of small range movements. Enjoy the benefits of cardio, light weight training and constant core strengthening as you move and groove to fun, uplifting music! No dance experience required, and modifications are offered for every level of experience!


TIME: 10:00 -11:30 AM
(1 hour Barre class followed by social gathering, cheers!)
LOCATION: Amery Ale Works

COST: $15 ($12 for auto-pay members)

Bring a water bottle and yoga mat or beach towel. One drink included with registration!
