Our new years resolution is to get fit, and laugh more often. So what better way to do that is to play throwback exercise videos, dress in 80/90s classic workout gear (if you feel so inclined) and get out of the house with an awesome group of people.

Come get fit exercising/laughing with the Amery Ale Works crew. Feel free to have a beer before, during or after class! This is about having fun and not taking life to seriously!

Class will last about an hour and is $5 to participate and can be paid at the start of each class! Head right up to the 2nd floor of the barn to participate!

We're starting out with two dates in January and if y'all like it, we'll add more dates! Each session will have a different "cringy" workout video of the past!
